The new 2025 Mazda CX-70 is a head-turner closely styled after the Mazda CX-90. The Mazda CX-90 was introduced a year ago as a three-row, midsize SUV. The Mazda CX-70 has comparable dimensions but features a two-row cabin. This all-new SUV is offered as a gas-powered or plug-in hybrid model and is loaded with exceptional features from end to end.
The Mazda CX-70 has a prestigious facade with tall, subtly tapered surfaces over the hood and roof. The sides are expressively smooth with poignant definition over the rear haunches. The front end is wide with a broad, chrome-accented grille. The chrome outline curves up at the sides to connect with an LED bar and flat LED headlights. The front of the Mazda CX-70 is also personalized with large, mesh-covered vents.
This midsize crossover SUV continues to impress you with its excellent performance capabilities. The gas powertrain is an inline-six, 3.3-liter engine that produces between 280 and 340 horsepower. It connects to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Paddle shifters are accessed through the steering wheel. The 323-horsepower plug-in hybrid engine available in the Mazda CX-70 has a 26-mile range on all-electric power and improved fuel economy. With Intelligent Drive Select, you can choose from several drive modes. These modes are Sport, Towing, EV, and Off-Road.
