Bob Penkhus Motor Company and Bob Penkhus Mazda at Powers in Colorado Springs was awarded by the Colorado Springs Better Business Bureau the Excellence in Customer Service Award at a Ceremony at the Flying W Ranch October 12, 2023. The night consisted of additional winners, a dinner, and a performance by the Flying W Wranglers.

This is the 29th Anniversary of the award and to apply for the EICS Award, companies must submit their processes and documentation of customer to an independent committee who evaluates all applications.
